“A Portrait of Opportunity in Changing Communities”

Oct. 13, 2011

Our Inaugural Leadership Symposium was the county’s first comprehensive presentation of the Latino community growth.  Featured presenters were:

Dr. Steven Murdock, Rice University,  Dr. Carolina Castillo Crimm, Texas Historian/Author, Dr. Laura G. Murillo, President/CEO Houston Hispanic Chamber of Commerce, and Mr. Leonard B. Rodriguez, Former G.W. Bush White House Advisor and principal Corporate Political Strategies, LLC.  TLLR is profoundly grateful to these respected experts.

Leaders representing various sectors of the community gathered from all corners of Montgomery County to explore the changing demographics of the county. TLLR welcomed both major political parties in attendance.
